HVR has closed the gap: you can now experience full electric power in the 85cc class too.
The HVR 85PRO is the bike for you if you don't have the time or inclination to change air filters and pistons, etc., and want to enjoy off-road riding with full power and no hassle. The drive train requires no maintenance, allowing you to concentrate fully on riding.
You can customise the bike to suit your individual needs, so the entire ergonomics can be personalised. You can choose between a hand or foot-operated rear brake and you also have the choice between large and small wheels. Of course, as with all HVRs, the power, speed and engine brake (energy recovery) can be adjusted precisely to your needs via the app.
The battery can be replaced in less than a minute, so you don't have to take a long break if you don't want to.
Want a longer ride time in one go? Then there is even the option of installing the MX2's 4 kWh battery, which gives you even more ride time.
The battery can be charged both inside and outside the bike, and the charging power is adjustable, so you can also charge when the power source cannot deliver full power.
    
Every rider is different, so the same ergonomics are not ideal for every rider.
That's why the HVR 85PRO offers the option of customising it entirely to suit you.
The seat line can be adjusted in three stages, the footpegs can be mounted in two positions and, of course, the handlebar position can also be selected.
This allows you to set the optimal geometry for you.

The innovative HVR motor cooling system ensures consistently low operating temperatures, enabling the impressive power density of our compact electric motors.
The rotor runs directly in specially developed HVR cooling oil, which generates minimal friction losses thanks to its extremely low viscosity.
On the contrary: thanks to more efficient heat dissipation, the magnets remain significantly cooler – this measurably increases the efficiency of the motor and ensures consistently high performance even under full load.
Since the heat is dissipated directly where it is generated, the temperature throughout the motor remains even and low. The result: quiet, stable and extremely durable motor operation.
The entire cooling system is completely maintenance-free – it does not require any external coolers, hoses or pumps.
The HVR cooling oil itself is non-flammable, electrically insulating, environmentally friendly and completely safe to handle.
    
With its 30 hp and fully adjustable chassis, the HVR 85PRO is a real race bike. The HVR 85PRO was developed without compromise for the 85cc class, which is why ‘Faster Fast’ now also applies in the 85cc class.
With the HVR Faster Fast app, you can customise the speed, responsiveness, performance and recuperation (engine braking with energy recovery).
To accommodate beginners, the app allows you to limit the speed and performance in seconds, making it ideal for your first attempts at riding.

The traction motor of the HVR 85PRO is, just like the motor of the 50 and 65, a maintenance-free, brushless electric motor with innovative liquid cooling, but significantly larger and more powerful.
The power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a helical gear stage and the chain drive.
The 2.6 kWh lithium-ion battery, specially developed by HVR and optimally adapted to the requirements of a high-performance motorcycle, consists of 231 cells in 18650 format, utilises state-of-the-art cell chemistry and a perfectly matched battery management system.
Thanks to the new plug system, the battery can be easily replaced at the track if necessary.

The fully adjustable FastAce suspension can handle anything.
The USD fork with a stanchion diameter of 43 mm can be adjusted in rebound and compression. In addition to the spring preload, the shock absorber can be adjusted in rebound and compression.
The seat height can be adjusted to 870 / 883 / 896 mm (large wheels 19‘/16’) and 845 / 858 / 870 mm (small wheels 16‘/14’) by adjusting the height of the seat line.
Thanks to e-ink technology, the 2.66" graphic display not only consumes almost no power, but is also perfectly readable even in bright sunlight.
    
The HVR 85PRO features high-quality components such as Magura brake fittings, Leonelli handlebar switches with magnetic tape, Blackbird seat, Galfer brake discs, CNC wheel hubs, butted Kite handlebars, CNC-milled triple clamps, UFO Plastics, Esjot chainring, AFAM MX-2G chain, etc.
