E-motocross with height adjustment from Germany: HVR MX2 and 85Pro

Weisendorf, Germany – [03.11.2025] – High Voltage Racing GmbH (HVR) presents two uncompromising electric motocross bikes, the new HVR MX2 and the HVR 85Pro, which combine performance, technology and adaptability.

With 41 hp and a weight of only 99 kilograms, the HVR MX2 competes in the MX2 class (125cc two-stroke / 250cc four-stroke) and sets new standards in terms of power-to-weight ratio and handling in the adult category.

The HVR 85Pro is tailored to young riders in the 85cc class and delivers 30 hp on the track.

Performance meets innovation – battery change in under a minute

Both models feature a liquid-cooled electric motor and state-of-the-art battery technology:

HVR MX2: 4 kWh battery, changeable in under 1 minute

HVR 85Pro: 2.6 kWh battery, changeable in under 1 minute and compatible with the MX2's 4 kWh battery for maximum range

The charging power can be adjusted via the HVR Faster Fast app, and the quick charger delivers up to 3 kW of charging power for short charging times and maximum flexibility – perfect for the racetrack and training, as the batteries can be charged both in the bike and outside.

Ergonomics and engine adjustable as standard

Both the seat height and footrests are adjustable to three positions on both bikes, allowing each bike to be optimally tailored to the rider – an absolute first for a motocross bike. As with the HVR

children's motorcycles, the HVR Faster Fast app can also be used to individually and continuously adjust the power characteristics, torque curve and recuperation. The newly developed HVR Powerbox ensures extremely spontaneous power delivery with optimum controllability.

Made in Germany with high-end components as standard

All HVR bikes are built in Germany and feature high-quality components. The HVR 85Pro and MX2 are slowed down by a Magura brake caliper with Galfer brake discs, and you can choose between hand or foot operation for the rear brake

. The triple clamps and wheel hubs are CNC-milled from high-strength aluminium and, together with the high-quality and fully adjustable suspension, provide the riding experience of an MX bike. The butted Kite handlebars, high-grip seat from Blackbird and CNC footrests ensure optimum control over the bike. The Kenda K7101 Millville II EMX tyre, specially developed for electric MX bikes, gives the HVR MX2 optimum traction thanks to the adapted rubber compound of the carcass.

About HVR

HVR...Faster...Fast

🏆 HVR is setting new standards: more power, more speed for kids' bikes! 🏁

With the new model year, HVR is once again revolutionising the kids racing segment and redefining the limits of electric mobility in off-roading. The centrepiece of the latest generation is the HVR PowerBox – a state-of-the-art motor controller platform specially developed for HVR bikes and demanding motocross use. Since we are serious about keeping the sport affordable, the prices remain the same despite the increase in performance.

💥 More power, more speed, more control

Thanks to the latest technology, the HVR PowerBox offers significantly improved throttle response, more power and, if desired, even more aggressive performance in all rpm ranges. The extended usable rpm range also enables a significantly higher top speed, so that the HVR electric motocross bikes are now on a par with combustion bikes in terms of top speed. The HVR 50PRO SM, for example, now has a top speed of 85 km/h. Of course, the HVR bikes are still fully adjustable and provide beginners with the perfect introduction to motocross.

🚀 High-tech for maximum performance

The compact and thermally optimised hardware of the HVR PowerBox works with the latest control algorithms such as MTPA (Maximum Torque per Amp) and FOC (Field-Oriented Control). After more than a year of intensive testing and constant optimisation, one thing is certain: this technology is a real game-changer for electric motocross!

More efficient batteries – longer riding time, consistent performance

For some time now, HVR has been installing more powerful cells in its batteries without making a big announcement. These remain significantly cooler when in use and offer 5% more range – for consistent peak performance in all conditions.

🏍 Chassis and detail updates for maximum driving pleasure

In addition to the revolutionary drive platform, numerous other components have also been improved:

Optimised chassis tuning

New, high-quality throttle grip with shorter throttle travel and robust aluminium housing with ball-bearing throttle sleeve

Lighter, adjustable folding levers for better ergonomics

Numerous detail optimisations in the design and materials for more performance

Fresh new decals for an even more stylish look

Prices remain the same

With these innovations, HVR is taking electric kids racing to a whole new level – uncompromising performance meets cutting-edge technology!

🔋⚡ HVR...Faster...Fast.

The new Supermotos are here

The HVR 50PRO and the HVR 65PRO are now also available in a supermoto version to make the tarmac unsafe!
The 50PRO comes with wider aluminium rims and 10 inch slicks from PMT in Italy and the 65PRO also comes with wider aluminium rims and 12 inch slicks from the same manufacturer.
Of course, the Supermoto bikes also offer the same diverse adjustment options for the chassis and drive as their off-road sisters.
The quiet drive and the non-existent exhaust fumes open up completely new riding possibilities, whether indoors or in a private car park.
Thanks to the adjustability of the maximum power, the top speed, the engine brake (energy recovery) and the response behaviour, the HVR Supermotos are not only real race bikes, but can also be perfectly adapted for beginners.
Thanks to the large batteries, the bikes offer the longest riding time in their class; if necessary, the batteries can be changed at the track.
With an optional harder chassis available ex works, the 65PRO with its 13.5 kW (18.5 hp) is also perfect as a pit bike for adults to improve their bike skills at the kart track.
The supermotos come in fresh yellow and can be distinguished from the off-road versions even from a distance.
